I was without AC and called while they were out of town and they called me back and referred me to another company. I got a quote and shopped around and was holding out to for the best price. I finally deciding I couldn't wait anymore I reached back ... out to them becasue of how kind and helpful they had been before. They were able to match another companies price and offer some additional services that wasn't included in the other quotes. They were able to come out late in the afternoon and got my new unit installed. They also called me later in the night to make sure my house was cooling. My husband and I came home over the 4th to a broken main unit in our three year old house. Assuming it would be an easy repair, we stayed up to get service that night. Oak Point was quick to respond to our service call, recommended a new Lennox unit, and had it installed the next day.
